            Provides trans-disciplinary assessments, neurological,

            cognitive, psychomotor, speech and language, and

education.  Client can remain from 5 to 7 days or child

can be seen at his/her school or home.  For an extended

assessment, the client can remain up to one year in a

            residential setting.  Referral from local district Sp. Ed. Program

            Head Start M-F 7:30-4:30 p.m.
